LA style dinner
Saturday March 26th Dave, Enrique and Jill traveled down south to prepare an LA style dinner for a special ABC Family actress. It was also the first time we used the food truck! The night went great, with drinks and
hors d' oeuvres to start, a 4 course dinner paired with wine and a dessert table. Devils on horseback (andouille sausage and a date wrapped in bacon) gougères (French cheese puffs) and BBQ oysters topped with a cayenne chardonnay butter started out the evening. Dave bar tended serving two specialty drinks, a classic Manhattan and a hibiscus flower martini. The dinner menu was inspired by our young actress client, Organic California Bistro and included, wild mushroom soup, red and golden beet salad with blood oranges baby arugula and fried goat cheese coins, salmon roulade on top of a spring succotash with fresh English peas, beef tenderloin served with artichoke tomato farro beef demi-glaze and truffle oil. Each was served with a California wine and was enjoyed by all fifteen guests. The dessert table held orange cheesecakes with a Grand Marnier whipped cream, chocolate covered strawberries, S'mores bites, green tea sablès filled with a vanilla honey buttercream, saffron sablès with an apricot buttercream, and lemon poppy seed or chocolate cake pops in the shape of light bulbs, to honor All It Takes, our clients charity.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Olivia and Chris
On Saturday February 26th Olivia and Chris Hamilton were married at the Robert Livermore Community Center. The colors were black and white with a touch of red. The entire room was made to feel like you had walked into the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory, with a Beautiful candy table, cake, cotton candy machine and cookies and hot cocoa to end the evening.
Food Truck Before
Dave just returned from LA with pictures of the food truck in production. Hopefully we will have some after pictures soon!

50th Birthday Party
August 8, 2010 we catered a 50th birthday party working with A Place to be Seen event planners. Golf courses was the parties theme and the food represented foods from famous golf courses around the county. The party was complete with a green color scheme and even a 19th hole where guest could take part in a Scotch tasting.
